Delivery is free of charge across the United Kingdom with no minimum spend. The prices applicable are those displayed at the time of order validation.

6. Order placement

Select your products, review your basket, enter your contact and address details, choose an available delivery and payment method, and review the total before paying. Payment must be successfully authorised before processing.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. The contract is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation, as explained in our Terms of Service. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

7. Payment methods

Card payments, when available at checkout, are handled securely by Stripe. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. HISOKA SAS does not store your full card number or security code.

The order total is shown before you pay. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select, and payment must be successfully authorised before the order is processed.

8. Delivery

Delivery is free with no minimum spend to the areas listed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched from fulfilment partners in China and delivered with UPS.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit: approximately 3–5 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Cut-off: 2 pm GMT on business days; orders placed later enter processing the next business day.

Tracking is provided by email after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We will inform you of delays and your options; statutory rights for late delivery remain applicable.

9. Transfer of ownership and risk

Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer upon full payment of the price. In accordance with article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

10. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

Statutory cooling-off period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Commercial extension to 30 days: Teber voluntarily extends this cooling-off period to 30 days from receipt of the goods, as a gesture of goodwill.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: The customer must inform us of their decision before the expiry of the deadline, by email to contact@teber.co.uk, with the order number; you do not have to give a reason for statutory cancellation. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a prepaid UPS return label by email.

Return of the goods: The customer must return the goods within 14 days following notification of their decision. For the additional 30-day policy, items should be complete, unused apart from reasonable inspection, and in their original packaging. These conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.

Returns are free of charge: we cover the cost of return shipping via the prepaid label we provide. No restocking fee is applied.

Refund: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery costs, using the original payment method used at checkout. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

11. Statutory guarantee of conformity

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantees applicable in the United Kingdom and France:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The customer has the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, refund) if the goods do not conform.
  • French Consumer Code (articles L217-3 to L217-17): 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery.

12. Hidden defects warranty

In accordance with articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, the customer benefits from the warranty against hidden defects. Any action must be brought within 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

13. Manufacturer warranty (3 years)

Teber products are covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal, intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable cleaning, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, or unauthorised alterations.

To make a claim, email contact@teber.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs where available. We will assess the claim and arrange an appropriate repair or replacement at no cost where the warranty applies.

This warranty is additional to, and does not restrict, your statutory consumer rights, including any right to a refund for faulty goods.
